About the Resort -
The Dryhill Ski Resort is a family oriented ski area, meaning that they specialize in accommodating the entire family, mom, dad, the kids, and anyone else you want to bring along. This is an excellent ski area to grow your skiing skills and snowboarding skills, as well as to experience other snow activities like tubing and snow shoeing. The Dryhill Ski Resort is located on the east end of Lake Ontario and offers more than 125 inches of annual snow, making this an excellent skiing and snowboarding destination for anyone and everyone, especially the entire family.
What You Need to Know -
The Dryhill Ski Resort offers plenty of instruction for new skiers and snowboarders, and nine fun new boxes for snowboarding. There are junior race programs available, and a fireside lounge for families to enjoy at night time. Local lodging is offered through various means, most of which are within 2 to 5 miles away from the mountain. The mountain offers a summit of 950 feet or 290 M, a base of 650 feet or 198 M, a vertical of 300 feet or 91 M, 40 acres or 16 Hc, 125" of annual snow, and 70 percent snowmaking. The season is slated to begin on December 1, 2008, and will run at least until April 1, 2009 as long as weather permits. The Dryhill Ski Resort offers a nice selection of terrain, including 30 percent green terrain, 40 percent blue terrain and 30 percent black terrain. There are a total of seven different trails. The longest trail is 2,500 feet or 762 meters long, and the toughest trail is called the El Cid30. There are three different lifts, two surface lifts and a doubles lift.

The Dryhill Ski Resort offers affordable packages for learning how to ski and learning how to snowboard. Not only does the Dryhill Ski Resort offer group packages, but there are also private lesson packages as well. Fees -
Adult weekday lift tickets are $15 dollars for full days and $12 dollars for half days. Adult weekend lift tickets are $20 dollars for full days and $16 dollars for half days. Junior weekday lift tickets are $13 dollars for full days and $10 dollars for half days. Junior weekend lift tickets are $18 dollars for full days and $14 dollars for half days. The Dryhill Ski Resort also offers a 5 day and 5 night lift ticket for $99, which is an excellent bargain. The Dryhill Ski Resort also offers ski and snowboard rental packages, which are $20 dollars for ski packages and $22 dollars for snowboarding packages regardless of age level.
